Refund Policy
Effective Date: 16th of February 2026
Because our services are digital and involve time and resource allocation, refunds are handled as follows:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
- If work has not started, a full refund may be issued.
- If work is in progress, refunds may be prorated based on work completed.
- Completed services are non-refundable.
Refund requests should be sent to team@outbound.build with payment details and reason for request.
